Additional nearly 450 billion VND to organize the 31st SEA Games
Deputy Prime Minister Le Minh Khai signed an additional decision of VND 449 billion to prepare and organize the 31st SEA Games on April 1.
The money is taken from the national budget’s budget for sports and physical training in 2022. Four ministries and central agencies are supplemented with VND 378.3 billion; Hanoi and 11 other provinces and cities will receive an additional 70.7 billion VND.
The Deputy Prime Minister requested the units to use, pay and settle the above-mentioned funds economically and transparently.

The 31st SEA Games opened on May 12 and ended on May 23 in Hanoi and 11 neighboring cities and provinces. The congress has 40 subjects with 526 contents; 10,000 people attended.
This is the second time Vietnam is hosting the Southeast Asian Games; The first time was the 22nd SEA Games in 2003.
