Initial information,At about 20 pm on April 1, Mr. Th. driving motorbikes with BKS: 92L1 – 166…, circulating on the inter-village concrete road of Tam Xuan 1 commune (Nui Thanh district). When you reach the road belonging to Phu Hung pine (Tam Xuan commune 1), suddenly lost the steering wheel, causing both motorbikes and people to fall into the irrigation canal.
Hearing a loud noise, people living nearby ran to see the victim and found the victim dead.
