In particular, building Software Park No. 2 with the aim of developing information technology, electronics and telecommunications industries associated with Da Nang’s digital economy.

The Secretary of the Da Nang City Party Committee strongly supports and welcomes Samsung Vina Electronics Co., Ltd. to cooperate in testing the 5G telecommunications network in Da Nang from December 2021. The city is committed to creating the best conditions for the development of 5G telecommunications networks in Da Nang.
Currently, Samsung Vietnam is testing a commercial 5G telecommunications network in Da Nang. In which, a member company of Samsung Vietnam initially invested in the hotel sector. As a result, Samsung Vietnam and its member companies will be able to create a foundation for research and expansion of cooperation and investment in the city in the future.
Mr. Choi Joo Ho, General Director of Samsung Vietnam Complex, wishes that the city government Da Nang continues to support and create favorable conditions for Samsung Vietnam to carry out research, research, cooperation and investment activities in Da Nang in the coming time.
Since 2008, Samsung officially invested in Vietnam. Specifically, Samsung has started construction of the first mobile phone factory in Bac Ninh, creating a premise and opening up Samsung’s investment journey in Vietnam.
