Before the large salary, Po agreed and then invited Giang A Minh and Vu A Thang to participate. At first, Thang disagreed. However, after knowing that the Lao people would pay an additional 300 million dong in public money, the three agreed to deliver the goods.

Po, Thang and Minh then went from Dien Bien to Hanoi to rent a motel and wait for orders to deliver the goods.

It is known that at the same time, another young man named Mua A Vu (born in 1988, residing in Na Son commune, Dien Bien district) was also hired by a man named Pao to go to Nghe An to transport drugs. Before the promise that if successful, he would receive 50 million VND in public money, Vu agreed to participate.

On December 5, 2020, Po, Thang and Minh received a car and road tolls. The three then moved to Ky Son district (Nghe An) and rented a room here and met Vu. At this time, the subjects only knew that in a few days, they would receive drugs from Nghe An to Hanoi.

At dawn on December 8, 2020, after receiving the location via a phone application, Thang drove a car carrying the subjects to Noong De village (Nam Can commune, Ky Son district, about 6 miles from Nam Can border gate). kilometer). After putting the sacks on the car, Thang turned the car around and moved to Hanoi. However, the car had just moved to Tam Dinh commune (Tuong Duong district) when it was arrested by the authorities of Nghe An province.

Exhibits seized at the scene were 8 white solid skins containing 150 white powder cakes (more than 64 kg) suspected of drugs, 126 packages of white matter crystals (more than 175 kg) of suspected drugs.

The examination results of the Criminal Technology Division, Nghe An Police concluded: There were 10 cakes (with a weight of more than 3.5 kg) obtained from the subjects as drugs. The remaining samples did not find any drug ingredients.

The investigating agency determined that Ly A Po, Mua A Vu, Giang A Minh, and Vu A Thang were criminally responsible for transporting more than 3.5 kg of drugs.

“Since childhood, the defendant has been absent from his father’s care and instruction, so he has limited legal awareness.
