On December 5, 2020, Po, Thang and Minh received a car and road tolls. The three then moved to Ky Son district (Nghe An) and rented a room here and met Vu. At this time, the subjects only knew that in a few days, they would receive drugs from Nghe An to Hanoi.

Exhibits seized at the scene were 8 white solid skins containing 150 white powder cakes (more than 64 kg) suspected of drugs, 126 packages of white matter crystals (more than 175 kg) of suspected drugs.

The examination results of the Criminal Technology Division, Nghe An Police concluded: There were 10 cakes (with a weight of more than 3.5 kg) obtained from the subjects as drugs. The remaining samples did not find any drug ingredients.
