Recently, Hai Duong Provincial People’s Committee has issued Decision No. 747/QD-UBND approving the detailed construction planning of Gia Loc Industrial Park, Gia Loc District, Hai Duong Province, scale 1/500.
The project is located in Gia Loc town and Hong Hung, Toan Thang and Hoang Dieu communes, in Gia Loc district. The North borders the Hanoi – Hai Phong highway. To the south, it borders the farming land of Hong Hung commune. The East borders on National Highway 37. The West borders on the North – South trunk road project of Hai Duong province, arable land and residents of Toan Thang commune.
The total area of research and planning is 197.94 ha. In which, Gia Loc town 59.49 ha; Toan Thang commune 53.73 ha; Hong Hung commune 66.09 ha; Hoang Dieu Commune (including the old Hoang Dieu Industrial Park) 18.64 ha. Labor size is expected to be about 20,000 people.
