Responding to this issue, Deputy Minister of Natural Resources and Environment (TN-MT) Le Cong Thanh said that in the context of the Covid-19 epidemic in the past two years, many investors chose to invest in land.

According to Mr. Thanh, the phenomenon of local increase in land prices in some localities has affected and lost the advantage of attracting local investment capital, disrupting the local land use planning, affecting the local economy. macroeconomics.

Deputy Minister Le Cong Thanh emphasized that the issue of auctioning land use rights and real estate prices is related to the responsibilities of a number of ministries and branches.
