Guests are only allowed to gather in groups of up to 10 people, and participants must be fully vaccinated. If in an enclosed space, they must wear a mask. Events under 1,000 people are not limited in capacity. If the above figure is exceeded, the approved capacity is 75%.
This move to reopen nightlife activities comes as Singapore wants to bring positive energy, hope to businesses and attract tourists. From 11:59pm on March 31, all fully immunized guests, as well as children aged 12 and under, can enter Singapore with just one Covid-19 test within two days of departure.
