President Nguyen Xuan Phuc, Head of the Central Steering Committee for Judicial Reform attended and handed over the decision to appoint Mr. Pham Quoc Hung, Judge of the Supreme People’s Court to hold the position of Deputy Chief Justice of the Supreme People’s Court.
