A representative of Vung Tau City’s Center for Tourist Management and Support said that the city welcomed tens of thousands of tourists to visit and swim during the two-day holiday. Specifically, on April 9, there were 21,000 tourists swimming in Vung Tau, on the second day of the holiday, Vung Tau served about 37,000 visitors.

The center always cooperates with the city police and wards to patrol, control and use loudspeakers to remind many visitors to do 5K in parks, embankments and beaches.

Phu Quoc tourism recovers

Phu Quoc (Kien Giang) is one of the localities with a rapid tourism recovery rate. On holidays, every day, this locality has more than 100 departures and arrivals.

Tourist attractions in Duong To commune, An Thoi town and Ganh Dau commune, the number of visitors increased by 30-45% compared to weekends in the first months of the year. Some resorts reach 100% of room capacity during 3 days off April 9-11.

Central coastal areas such as Binh Thuan, Nha Trang, Binh Dinh, and Da Nang… attract tourists to visit due to favorable weather.

Room occupancy of 1-2 star hotels in Binh Thuan is about 30-50%. The 3-5 star hotels and equivalent achieve about 75-85% occupancy. Many resorts such as Sonata, Rock Water Bay, Bamboo Village, Victoria, TTC Ke Ga… fell into a state of fire. Tourists mainly concentrate in Phan Thiet, La Gi, Ham Thuan Nam, Ham Tien – Mui Ne…

Hoi An and Trang An are busy
