The incident that an officer of the Department of Home Affairs of Thua Thien-Hue province parked in front of Phuong’s house and had defiant words occurred on the evening of April 16 at the road in Xuan Phu ward, Hue city. After the incident, Phuong called to report the incident to the police.

On the afternoon of April 17, Mr. Bach Chon Dong, Director of the Department of Home Affairs of Thua Thien-Hue province, said that he had asked Mr. Ha Tien Dung, deputy head of the Department of Government Construction – Youth Work under the Department to write a report related to the situation. Regarding the incident, people accused this officer of parking his car in front of the door of a house and had defiant words.

With the reason: if it’s wrong, it’s always wrong, it’s okay to be a little bit more wrong. As for the owner of the house, he likes it. If you want to report it to the Police, you will help it, if you want to post Hue-S (Hue Smart City Monitoring and Control Center), you will always challenge it. And said that if I do it, he will take the time to visit and take care of me.”

Instead of backing up after the owner complained, the driver drove the car straight to Phuong’s door.

It is known that the above incident happened on the evening of April 16 at the road in Xuan Phu ward, Hue city. After the incident, Phuong called to report the incident to the police. Soon after, the police of Xuan Phu ward and related agencies arrived at the scene to handle it. In the morning of April 17, Phuong also went to the ward police station to present the full content of the incident to request the competent agency to handle it strictly.

Regarding this incident, the leader of the Department of Home Affairs of Thua Thien-Hue province confirmed that the car BKS 75A-113.xx belongs to Mr. Dung and this officer also resides in Xuan Phu ward, where the incident happened. However, it is not clear whether Mr. Dung was the driver of this vehicle at the time of the complaint.
