Coconut oil is a well-known ingredient in the beauty industry. It helps to hydrate and moisturize the skin very well. Coconut contains vitamin E, which helps heal and brighten the skin.

Use one tablespoon of coconut oil and one tablespoon of walnut powder to form a thick paste. You can use it as a 2-3 minute exfoliator on your underarms, knees, and elbows. Then, before going to bed, wash it off with water and apply coconut oil on the darkened areas of your body. Do this process three times a week until the underarms, knees and elbows are darkened.

2. Apple Cider Vinegar

3. Potatoes

Potatoes have a mild sour taste, so they will not irritate your dark skin. It can also be used for sensitive skin like the underarms.

Take a thin slice of potato and rub it on the pigmented skin in the armpits, knees and elbows for 5-10 minutes before rinsing it off with warm water. Repeat this process twice a day until you see a change in skin tone.

Cucumber has a skin lightening effect. It contains anti-inflammatory vitamin C. When applied to the face, these nutrients can help rejuvenate your skin.

Rub a piece of cucumber or cucumber juice on the skin under your arms, elbows, and knees. Alternatively, you can make a thick paste of cucumber juice and turmeric and apply it to the skin under your arms. Let it sit for 20 minutes before rinsing it off. 6. Yogurt

Yogurt is well known for its moisturizing and skin lightening properties. Mix yogurt with a teaspoon of vinegar and a little flour. Apply the mixture evenly on the dark underarms. After 15 minutes, rinse with warm water.

7. Exfoliate with Sugar and Olive Oil

Sugar is a natural exfoliant that contributes to the removal of dead skin cells and thus skin lightening. Olive oil moisturizes and nourishes the skin. Make a scrub by mixing one tablespoon of olive oil with one teaspoon of sugar.
