The most delicious durian is the flowers and young leaves. Therefore, the main ingredients for processing this specialty are young leaves and flowers.

In addition to the leaves and flowers, there are also accompanying ingredients to make a special dish of durian salad such as shredded grilled snakehead fish, boiled pork belly cut into pieces.
