Tran Thi Minh Ngoc, 33 years old, the owner of the restaurant was surprised when the video of the flying chicken demonstration was widely shared. In other time frames, chicken is brought to the table by the usual way. Currently only grilled chicken is served on the slide. There will be more dishes coming soon. On weekends, the shop performs additionally at 20:30, in addition to the time frame of 18:30 and 19:30.

She shared the idea of ​​​​designing the restaurant, the food originating from the nomadic life that she had seen during her travels. The zipline is about 45 m long, the highest point is 4.5 m and the end point is more than 2 m, there is a wooden platform for the staff to land conveniently. Dishes are torn and enjoyed by diners themselves. According to the owner, this way of eating helps the chicken to be torn to the right grain, creating a richer sweetness.

“On the first slip on the opening day, the employee accidentally dropped the chicken, but everyone was happy. The shop will fix it to avoid similar situations. After the video is shared, everyone is more motivated to do it. more work”, Ngoc shared about the incident of falling chickens when sliding the zipline.

The restaurant covers an area of ​​2,000 m2, can accommodate about 600 people, with indoor and outdoor seating. Only outdoor tables are served by zipline.
