Her family took her to Binh Tan District Hospital (HCMC) for emergency in a state of shortness of breath, low blood pressure, diagnosis of grade 3 anaphylaxis.
At Cho Ray Hospital, the patient was transferred to the Department of Cardiology, where acute myocardial damage was suspected due to acute myocarditis, kidney damage. Doctors performed dialysis and ran ECMO for the patient.
“The patient is currently very serious,” the leader of Cho Ray Hospital shared. The hospital has detailed the case of complications after this filler injection with the Department of Health of Ho Chi Minh City.
On the afternoon of April 28, the Department of Health of Ho Chi Minh City said that the quick response team in District 6 checked the filler injection facility for Ms. P. The facility is called PLB Beauty & Academy, address 681/19 Hau Giang, Ward 11, District 6.
At the time of inspection, the establishment has not presented relevant legal documents such as: Business registration certificate; Notice of eligibility to operate cosmetic services. The ground floor is used as a nail salon, the first floor has a room with 2 beds to perform cosmetic services.
The spa representative said, they have just moved to this address in Tan Binh district since April 12. On April 23, the staff at the facility performed filler injections for Mrs. TTP Filler bought by Mrs. P.
The inspection team requested the establishment to stop operating and seal some drugs, equipment and medical supplies. District 6 Health Department is coordinating with Cho Ray Hospital to provide information, situation and medical records of Ms.
Previously, on April 20, a woman who performed breast augmentation with fat transplantation at Saigon KangNam Aesthetic Hospital was also transferred to Cho Ray Hospital after placing ECMO in place. However, the patient died in the afternoon of the same day.
