Faced with the determined moves to “embrace the goods” of many investors, real estate brokers also feel worried when the land price is increasing and the supply is more and more limited.

Mr. Thanh Tung – a real estate broker in Hanoi said that in the past eight years, he has never seen real estate prices increase as sharply as in the past 2-3 years. Townhouses or townhouses, villas in urban areas have also increased 2-3 times in recent years.

Tung shared: “In the past, brokers only needed to have transactions or deposits, sometimes they would constantly post again and again to make the market heat up. But by 2021, to be honest, I don’t dare to do the market anymore.”
