Through verification, the incident happened on June 2 in the area of ​​​​Vo Van Kiet – Ky Con (District 1), managed by the Ben Thanh Traffic Police Team.

Some people in the area said that at the time of the incident, the violator was stopped by the traffic police when turning left from Vo Van Kiet to Ky Con. The traffic police checked the vehicle’s papers and let the violator leave. After a while, the violator returned to the traffic police station and took the phone to record the above clip.
