At the police, Hung confessed to causing 4 thefts in companies, restaurants, spas, and people’s houses in District 3 from April 22 to now. Typically, in the early morning of 7/5, Hung broke into 2 houses to take many properties.
Hung said that due to lack of money, he bought tools to make keys to steal. After that, the unlocking tool was hidden in his underwear to disguise and when he went to commit the crime, Hung took a motorbike taxi to commit the crime. Through verification, Hung carries 5 previous convictions for “Theft of property” and was just released from prison in 2013.
The police suspect that the subject has caused a series of thefts with similar tricks, so they suggest who are Hung’s victims to District 3 Police to report.
