This move allows French people’s life to return to normal as it was before the COVID-19 epidemic. Visually, there are no masks on the street, and the imprint of the epidemic seems to be gone.

For many months now, the check of vaccination passports at restaurants and bars has also been abolished, the French are almost free to breathe the air after more than 2 years always wearing masks on their faces.

Wearing a mask is only mandatory when going to medical examination facilities and hospitals. Although it is not mandatory, wearing a mask to prevent COVID-19 is still encouraged by the French Government.

As of today, the number of people infected with COVID-19 in France has decreased to more than 30,000 cases.
