The suspect in the US shooting Salvador Ramos showed off his weapon before committing the crime

Three days before the incident, a photo of two AR15-style rifles appeared on an Instagram account related to the suspect in the Uvalde shooting.

According to CNN, the photo was posted by user “salv8dor…” as a story. Many students have confirmed the above account belongs to suspected gunman Salvador Ramos. Ramos’ Tik Tok page also has only one article, which is a video about the Subway Surfers video game on mobile phones. The bio below Ramos’ profile picture reads: “Children beware”.

In addition, a former classmate of Ramos said, a few days before the attack happened, this guy sent him pictures of the gun and his bag full of ammunition. This friend, who did not want to be identified, said that he is quite close to Ramos and used to play video games together.

The authorities America said that the number of Salvador Ramos’ victims has increased, at least 19 children and two adults have died.

Sgt. Erick Estrada of the Texas Department of Public Security said the gunman hit the car outside the school and then went inside. This guy shot his grandmother before committing the crime at the school. Ramos’ grandmother is in critical condition and is being treated at the hospital.

According to Senator Roland Gutierrez, Ramos bought two military-style guns on his 18th birthday.

US authorities have not yet revealed a motive for the incident, but the Governor of Texas has identified Salvador Ramos as the perpetrator of the shooting and acted alone. The official added that Ramos is a resident of a community about 135km west of San Antonio.

This is one of the cases shootings deadliest school in the US after a gunman shot dead 26 people, including 20 children, at Sandy Hook Elementary School, Connecticut in December 2012.
