The time limit for additional investigation shall not exceed 2 months from the date C03 (Ministry of Public Security) receives the decision to return the dossier.

Previously, the Investigative Police Agency of the Ministry of Public Security (C03) issued an investigation conclusion and proposed to prosecute former Deputy Minister of Health Cao Minh Quang for being irresponsibly causing serious consequences according to Clause 3, Article 360. , Penal Code 2015.

According to the conclusion of the investigation, Mr. Cao Minh Quang, Deputy Minister of Health, was assigned by the Ministry to be the Head of the Steering Committee to deal with issues related to Tamiflu, raw materials and Oseltamivir. as assigned by the Ministry.
