According to eyewitnesses, at that time, the Mercedes S560 Maybach with license plate number 51H.xxxx, headed out from the parking area at the basement of the apartment building, suddenly crashed into a series of motorbikes in the basement. The car then did not stop but continued to hit the guard post.
Confirming the above information, the police commander of Xuan La ward said that one person was injured and was taken to the emergency room. Immediately after receiving the information, the Xuan La ward police quickly arrived at the scene.
Currently, the identity of the car driver and related people are being handled by the General Investigation Team of the Tay Ho District Police.
