Prosecution of CDC Director Dak Lak and 4 subordinates related to the purchase of test kit Viet A Company

The People’s Procuracy of Dak Lak province has approved the decision to prosecute to investigate violations of regulations on bidding causing serious consequences that occurred at CDC Dak Lak.

Accordingly, in addition to Mr. Trinh Quang Tri, 4 other people were prosecuted, including: Mr. Tran Thanh My (Head of Finance – Accounting Department), Mr. Dang Minh Tuyet (Deputy Head of Laboratory), Ms. Member of Laboratory Department), Ms. Tran Thi Mai Anh (Staff of the Faculty of Pharmacy).

In addition to 5 individuals at CDC Dak Lak, the police agency also prosecuted the accused against Ms. Dinh Le Le Na, a sales officer of Viet A Company in Dak Lak and the Central Highlands, to investigate the above behavior.

In which, the Traffic Police Department of Dak Lak Province decided to arrest and hold three people in temporary detention, including: Mr. Trinh Quang Tri, Mr. Tran Thanh My and Ms. Tran Thi Nguyen Hang.

At 10:45 am on the same day, the authorities were present at CDC Dak Lak to execute the decision to prosecute, arrest warrant and search.
