Throughout the year, the young man was almost just hanging around the pile of papers and the constant income and expenses. Hai almost only rests during the Lunar New Year and spends most of the weekend completing his assigned work. When he felt the change in his health, Quang Hai decided to quit his job and switch to freelancing, which has been his hobby for a long time. “In my opinion, whether we work full-time or freelance, we can still have balance and freedom to explore if we know how to arrange our time. But personally, after a period of freelancing, I prioritize full-time work over full-time work. because I like the collective working atmosphere, having colleagues and friends at the company.

Currently, Ngoc Anh maintains an official job and still receives some freelance projects to earn extra income. She said that she only received enough work to be able to complete all the assigned tasks, without affecting her rest time and main work.

“Many of my friends are freelancers who work very hard, earn a lot of money and don’t need insurance or any company’s regime. But either they have worked for a long time, have the same experience, and have the same relationship. system, or they start-up and become the owner, leader of a group. As for me, I still prefer full-time work because this is an opportunity to learn in depth and have many opportunities to go far in the future.”Ngoc Anh shared.
