“About 23 o’clock at night, I received a phone call informing that 3 members of H.’s family had died. When I received the bad news, I was shocked and in great pain. Trying to stay calm, I ran to the scene with the children,” said Mr. Dong.

According to the Bac Giang Provincial Police, through an alcohol test, the driver Nguyen Duc Thinh had a result of 0.604mg/liter of breathing air, and the driver was also given a blood sample for drug testing.
