Poland announces arms sales contract to Ukraine

“We are glad that today we had the opportunity to sell weapons abroad. These weapons have been tested by fire, and will be important weapons on the battlefield, possibly in the east UkraineRT news agency quoted Polish Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki as saying.

Morawiecki said that part of the cost for these weapons will be provided by the European Union (EU). At the same time, the Prime Minister of Poland confirmed that Warsaw will use this revenue to increase production capacity in the country.
