There are people over 50 years old and even workers who have participated in compulsory social insurance.

Farmers, fishermen, and self-employed workers in Quang Phu parish are also gradually getting used to the prospect of getting old – they have a pension. Since the policy of voluntary social insurance and household health insurance was implemented, the Party Committee and commune authorities have determined that this is an important social security channel for people when they are old or when they are unfortunately sick or ill.

Currently, Hoa Thuy commune has more than 370 people participating in voluntary insurance, equivalent to 10% of the labor force of the commune’s age, more than 4 times higher than the national average, and more than 2,000 people participate in household health insurance. .
