Ms. Nguyen Thi Mai Quyen shared, many customers come to complain that they feel lonely, overwhelmed by the huge mountains and they don’t know where to start. Busy lives make them not have much time to take care of their increasingly messy wardrobe.

“Too busy and too many clothes” is also the reason that Ms. Cao Thi Le Hien, owner of a wardrobe organization company often hears from her customers.

Ms. Hien shared, one day she received a phone call from a female customer in her 30s with a request to clean the laundry room within the same day. The cost per cleaning of clothes is not low compared to the common ground. Therefore, many ordinary customers, when they hear the price, rush to “turn the car”.

However, wealthy families often don’t care about costs. What they focus on is how to make the wardrobe the neatest, most useful, most aesthetic and most scientific. “Many customers also think that, after using the service, they feel they have improved their aesthetics and are aware of the value of living a tidy and scientific life,” Ms. Quyen added.

Currently, most of the users of this service are rich, high-income families, the customers are singers, actors… Accepting to spend millions to hire people to clean the closet, they are often quite meticulous. , requires high work efficiency.

Therefore, these employees also need to have their own professionalism and methods so as not to be confused with a regular house cleaner.

“We have to research, develop and perfect our services to suit the common tastes of the majority of customers. In particular, we have to provide intensive training on skills for all professional staff. of the company”, Ms. Quyen said.

Ms. Dang Ngoc Bich, a professional closet cleaner, shared that when receiving each order, she and her colleagues usually follow the plan agreed upon by the manager and the landlord.

The customers she serves are all rich people who shop a lot. However, to each family, she is dedicated to doing her job, never discussing the issue of “shopping addiction” or “consumption psychology” of the owner. “Working to serve the rich, we have to be more careful and do our duty,” said Ms. Bich.

Cao Thi Le Hien said that each family has a different wardrobe space.
