On May 16, Bien Hoa City Police (Dong Nai) detained 22 people involved in a melee with “petrol bombs” and shooting on the street.

At the scene, the investigation agency recorded many glass fragments, 10 bullet casings, 1 exploding artillery shell shell, 2 beer bottles containing unused gasoline wrapped in cloth, 1 homemade pig launcher welded to the pipe handle. 2m long iron. About 300m from the scene, the police discovered a motorbike on the vehicle with blood stains and beer bottles suspected of being related to the incident.

During the initial verification process, the investigating agency determined that Dinh Van Duc (19 years old, living in Tan Mai ward, Bien Hoa city) had a conflict with Tran Hoang Lam (18 years old, living in Binh Da ward, Bien Hoa city) ) due to jealousy. After many times swearing at each other on social networks, these subjects made an appointment to come to the above area to resolve the conflict.

Conducted verification, the investigation agency brought back to work 22 subjects born in the year 2005 to 2007, some of them are students, the rest have dropped out; in which, there are subjects subject to local monitoring and management. Currently, Bien Hoa Police are investigating and mobilizing the subjects involved in this case to present themselves.
