Through a mobile weighing scale, the traffic police determined that the vehicle had exceeded the allowable load by 39.1%.

Working with the authorities, the driver’s identity was identified as Nguyen Van S (37 years old, residing in Hoang Mai town, Nghe An province).

Still according to this driver, due to the prolonged epidemic situation, it was difficult to sell fruit products, so it took only 10 days for a shipment to arrive. Because they want to increase the family’s income, the driver “does the risk”.

Captain Dinh Van Son, Vice Captain of Traffic Police Team No. 3, said that from March 9 to March 15, there were 120 cases of overloaded trucks detected on the route. The team also revoked driving licenses in 38 cases, stripped of 50 transport badges of violating vehicles.
