Bac Giang plans two urban areas of more than 60 hectares
Recently, Bac Giang Provincial People’s Committee has issued two decisions approving the task of detailed planning for construction of Urban Area No. 2, Viet Tien Commune, Viet Yen District and Urban Area No. 5, Tan An Town, Lao Commune Household, Yen Dung district (rate 1/500).
Specifically, Urban Area No. 2, Viet Tien Commune, Viet Yen District has the northern boundary bordering National Highway 37 and the residential area of Kep village. The South borders on agricultural land Mai Thuong village, Huong Mai commune, Viet Yen district and Tan Hung village, Doan Bai commune, Hiep Hoa district. The East borders on agricultural land in Mai Thuong village. The West borders Doan Bai industrial cluster, Hiep Hoa district.
The planning study area is about 30 hectares, the population is expected to be about 4,500 people.

Urban area number 5, has planning positions in Tan An town and Lao Ho commune, Yen Dung district. The North borders the provincial road DT293, the section passing Tan An town and Lao Ho commune, Yen Dung district. The South borders the current residential area and the current state of cultivation fields of Thang street, Tan An town. The East borders on cultivation fields in Thuong Tung village, Lao Ho commune. The West borders the farming fields of Thang street, Tan An town.
The planning study area is about 33.8 hectares, the population is about 3,960 people.
The project is a new urban area with housing group-level public works, synchronously planned in terms of technical infrastructure, social infrastructure and services in the direction of a modern urban area.
In terms of spatial organization, the north side of the land is arranged with adjacent houses combined with trade and services. The northeast is adjacent to cultivated fields, with the current status of social housing arrangement combined with the green campus of the area. To the west and south, adjacent houses will be arranged in combination with public buildings, green campus, and parking lots.
