17 countries recognize Vietnam’s vaccine passports
Vietnam has reached an agreement on mutual recognition of vaccine passports with 17 countries. Our country also exempts visas on the basis of reciprocity with Southeast Asian countries and some other countries.

As of March 17, Vietnam has reached an agreement on mutual recognition of vaccine passports with 16 countries, including the US, the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, Japan, Australia, Belarus, and India. , Philippines, Maldives, State of Palestine, Turkey, Egypt, Sri Lanka, New Zealand, Singapore, Saint Lucia, Cambodia and South Korea.
Holders of vaccine passports from these countries entering Vietnam and from Vietnam to these countries may apply the same medical measures as those who have been vaccinated in their home country.
This recognition includes an exemption from the consular certification/legalization procedure when using this document in the receiving country.

In addition, up to now, Vietnam is still temporarily recognizing the vaccination certificate samples of 79 countries and territories that have been officially introduced to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
