On March 21, a leader of the People’s Committee of Son Nam commune, Son Duong district, Tuyen Quang province said that there had recently been serious killings in the area, killing two people.
Mr. P. died on the spot after being attacked by Luong.
According to him, around 8 pm on March 20, the People’s Committee and Police of the Son Nam commune received information about the killings in the village area of Binh Man. At that time, Tran Van Luong (SN 1988) spilled a “rain of knives” which caused his wife TTV (SN 1987) and Mr. TXP (who lived in Yen Son district, Tuyen Quang province) to die. After committing the crime, Luong went to the police station to confess.

Chairman of the Commune People’s Committee Son Nam said that Luong and Ms. V. have conflicts in the process of living together, so they live separately and are not divorced. After that, Ms. V. returned to stay at an inn in the village of Binh Man. On the evening of March 20, Luong went to the inn and found that Ms. V lied to his girlfriend, Mr. P., so he caused the gruesome murders mentioned above.
“Victim P. died on the spot, Ms V died on the way to the emergency room. Luong and V. have 3 children together”, this person told.
The case is currently being clarified by the Tuyen Quang Provincial Police Investigation Department’s Police Department.
