On March 27, Dung’s biological father returned to Dung’s sister’s house (in the same house) to discover that Dung had abnormal psychological symptoms, saw T’s motorbike but was nowhere to be found, suspecting that Dung had killed him. Ms. T. should have gone to the police station to report, and locked the door in case Dung escaped.
The provincial police agency has detained Pham Van Dung and is continuing to investigate and clarify the case.
