Business owners employing minors must have working conditions, such as arranging jobs suitable for their health so as not to affect their physical, intellectual and personality development; must have the consent of the parent or guardian; make a separate monitoring book, record full name, date of birth, current job, results of periodical health checks and present it at the request of a competent state agency.

Enterprises employing employees under the age of 15 must enter into a written contract with that person and his/her legal representative; arranging working hours does not affect study time; have a health certificate from a competent medical facility certifying that the employee is suitable for the job and have a periodical health check at least once every 6 months.
