A representative of a logistics enterprise in Ho Chi Minh City commented: “Although we know that after collecting this toll, we will use this fee to improve the roads, but this time is really difficult for businesses. At the moment, we only know how to reduce prices partly to make psychological moves for customers and share this difficulty. This will be applied at the beginning of next year.”
