GP Monaco may not be held in the future

According to the regulations signed between the world motorsport federation and the F1 race, each F1 season will only be able to hold a maximum of 24 races. With the F1 season next year, there will be one more race in Las Vegas, along with the return of both races in China and Qatar. The F1 organizers will have to cut one race from the current schedule so as not to exceed the maximum number of 24 races as prescribed.

Monaco GP may not be held in the future

According to veteran journalist specializing in F1 – Mr. Joe Saward, GP Monaco is in danger of not being held. The street race rich in F1 tradition is said to be unpopular with Liberty Media owners because of the boredom that the race brings. 2022 is also the final year of GP Monaco’s current contract with F1 and there is currently no word on a contract extension.
