Nur Abbas is the new design director for YEEZY-Fashion Trends

Continuing to look to the future of the YEEZY brand, Kanye West has now appointed Nur Abbas as design director for YEEZY.

After working at Louis Vuitton, Gucci and UNIQLO, Abbas served as Design Director for Nike ACG.

According to YEEZY, Nur Abbas will report directly to Ye and will be responsible for expanding the YEEZY brand. Some of the current projects that Abbas will oversee include adidas YEEZY, YEEZY Gap and Stem Player.

Speaking to WWD magazine, Abbas said, “I’m full of energy to work with Ye because he cares deeply about design and cultural forward development.” Plus, at YEEZY and Gap, I’ve met some of the most talented people and groups, and I look forward to working with all of them to expand this new creative vision to the world.”
