The Prime Minister has just issued decisions on personnel work at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Committee for the Management of State Capital at Enterprises.
At Decision 428/QD-TTg, the Prime Minister assigned Mr. Ha Kim Ngoc, former Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Vietnam to the US, to return to work at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and continue to hold the position of Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs.

Mr. Ha Kim Ngoc was born in 1963, has been working in the Foreign Service since 1988 with many different positions and has a lot of bilateral diplomatic experience, especially between Vietnam and partners in the Americas.
Mr. Ngoc was appointed Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs in May 2013. Ha Kim Ngoc started his term as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Vietnam to the US from July 2018.
In Decision 430/QD-TTg, the Prime Minister decided that Mr. Dang Dinh Quy, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs, former Ambassador, Head of the Permanent Representative of Vietnam Delegation to the United Nations in New York, USA to stop He held the position of Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs from April 1, 2022 and transferred to the Diplomatic Academy of Vietnam to do teaching and scientific research in accordance with the provisions of Decree No. October 24, 2013.

Mr. Dang Dinh Quy was born in 1961, joined the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in 1991 and worked in the West Asia Africa Department. Mr. Quy used to work at the Vietnamese Embassy in the US. In 2011, Mr. Dang Dinh Quy was appointed as Director of Diplomatic Academy and Director of East Sea Institute (Ministry of Foreign Affairs). From January 2016, he was appointed as Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs.
In Decision 429/QD-TTg, the Prime Minister appointed Mr. Do Huu Huy, Chief of the Office of the Party Personnel Committee, Chief of the Office of the Committee for Management of State Capital at Enterprises, to hold the position of Vice Chairman of the Committee.
