The indictment published by Vietnamnet also states that in 2017, Pham Van Cung knew a woman in Hanoi and invited her to Vinh Long to visit Phuoc Quang pagoda and the center of Fountains.
Cung again tricked this Hanoi woman into saying that she and the center’s orphans were locked in a truck by the gangsters, threatened to kill, and cried bitterly. Thanks to this fake kidnapping case, the Hanoi woman’s donkeys totaled more than 26 billion VND.
