On April 25, Hai Chau District Police (Da Nang) said that they had just arrested two people who bought and sold powdered drugs, mixed with soft drinks for use.
Earlier, on the evening of April 24, the Drug Crime Investigation Team, Hai Chau District Police caught Mai Gia Thai Binh (20 years old, residing in Hoa Khanh Bac Ward, Lien Chieu District) while preparing to deliver the goods. 10 packets of powdered narcotics, weighing about 70 grams.
Expanding the investigation, the police arrested Duong Thi Thanh Phuong (28 years old, living in Hoa Minh ward, Lien Chieu district) in the line.
This girl often livestreams, shoots videos to introduce this grape powder in associations and closed groups to attract “gods”.
According to the testimonies of the subjects, each package of powder is sold for from 2.8 to 3 million dong. How to use is to mix a pack with a can of any beverage, enough for 2 to 3 people to use.
Hai Chau district police said that this is the first drug discovered and arrested in Da Nang. Looking at the outer packaging, this new drug looks like a powdered, mixed beverage.
The project is being expanded for investigation.
