On the morning of April 26, VinFast launched 5 new electric motorcycle models using LFP batteries in the Vietnamese market, including Evo 200, Feliz S, Klara S 2022, Vento S and Theon S, priced from 22 million to 69.9 million dong.

VinFast Evo 200 is a completely new electric motorcycle model. The car has a European design, has a maximum operating range of up to 200 km and a maximum speed of 60 km / h. Full charging time is about 10 hours. With a price of 22 million VND, this model will compete in the segment of 20-25 million VND – the segment that previously featured Feliz with the lead battery version.
All-new Evo 200
Meanwhile, the Feliz S model has a price of 29.9 million VND but adds many valuable upgrades. The LFP battery pack allows the range to be more than doubled, from 90 km to 198 km. Full charging time is only 6 hours. Switching to a new battery also helps this model to be 16 kg lighter than the old version. Motor with a maximum capacity of 3,000 W for a maximum speed of nearly 80 km / h. The battery moved from the trunk to the footrest floor, the storage space increased by 5 liters.
The two VinFast Klara S and Vento models have also been upgraded with the names Klara S 2022 and Vento S. These two models have also been converted to use LFP batteries and new engines, increasing the range and maximum speed. Specifically, Klara S 2022 has a maximum travel of 194 km, a maximum speed of nearly 80 km / h, while the Vento S goes up to 160 km, a maximum speed of about 90 km / h. But it is worth mentioning that, despite receiving many upgrades, the price of the new VinFast Klara S and Vento S is lower than the old version.
Finally, VinFast Theon S – the fastest and most powerful model – can travel up to 150 km per full charge. Engine has a capacity of 7,100 W, the weight is reduced by 4 kg, helping the acceleration time from 0-50 km / h to only 4.9 seconds. Top speed is close to 100 km/h.
Both the Vento S and Theon S are equipped with phone-as-a-key (PAAK) technology. All 5 cars are equipped with smart connectivity with the E-Scooter application on the phone. The charger that follows the 4 upgraded models is the 1,000 W type and the one that follows the Evo 200 is 400 W.
According to VinFast, the LFP battery is a better battery than before. After more than 2,000 charges / discharges, the battery is still capable of holding up to 70% of energy. This battery does not contain some rare metals, which reduces production costs and also reduces harm to the environment.
New LFP batteries are available for purchase or rental. The purchase price of the battery is 19.9 million VND. Battery rental has 2 packages Flexible and Fixed. The Flexible Package costs VND 189,000 to VND 249,000 depending on the vehicle, with a limit of 500 km/month and an extra kilometer of 374 VND to 480 VND per kilometer. The type of battery rental according to the Fixed package is priced at 350,000 VND/month for models Evo 200, Feliz S, Klara S 2, Vento S, and Theon S alone has a rental price of 399,000 VND.
4 models Feliz S, Klara S, Vento S and Theon S have been opened for deposit. Customers ordering the first phase (from now until the end of May 31, 2022) will receive a 12-month battery subscription.
