[INFOGRAPHIC] PCI of the top 10 localities in 2021 over 10 years

On the morning of April 27, VCCI announced the Index competing capability province level in 2021 based on a survey of nearly 11,400 private and FDI enterprises. Although the economy will face many difficulties in 2021 due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the indicators assessing the quality of provincial economic governance still improve and are positively evaluated by many businesses.

According to the newly announced results, Quang Ninh continues to be the province with the highest PCI in the country with a score of 73.02. After Quang Ninh, the remaining positions in the Top 10 PCI 2021 are respectively: Hai Phong (70.61 points); Dong Thap (70.53 points); Da Nang (70.42 points); Vinh Phuc (69.69 points); Binh Duong (69.61 points); Bac Ninh (69.45 points); Thua Thien Hue (69.24 points); Ba Ria – Vung Tau (69.03 points); Hanoi (68.6 points).
