Sent wrong grade 9 survey questions, the whole province of Thanh Hoa had to change the exam schedule

Mr. Ta Hong Luu, Deputy Director of Thanh Hoa Department of Education and Training, confirmed that there was no disclosure or success in the quality survey of 9th grade students (school year 2021-2022) as some information spread on social networks.

According to the plan of Thanh Hoa Department of Education and Training, on the 26th and 27th of April, secondary schools in the province will hold a survey on the quality of 9th grade students (school year 2021-2022).

On April 26, secondary schools organized for students to take 2 exams in Literature and English. As planned, this morning (April 27), schools will have a math exam.

However, yesterday afternoon (April 26), two secondary schools in Ngoc Lac and Nhu Xuan districts were negligent and sent out the wrong math questions instead of English subjects for students to do. That has led to the change of the Math exam schedule from morning to afternoon.

According to Mr. Luu, after the incident happened, the Department asked the Department of Education and Training, the secondary school where the negligence occurred to report and explain the incident. At the same time, send an inspection team to the units to clarify the above incident.
