Accused of copying K-pop choreography, Dong Nhi’s choreographer posted a clip with hidden objections?

But only recently aired, the female singer’s choreography was accused of plagiarizing the MV Toxic choreography of K-pop group ALiEN.

Recently on her personal TikTok page, the choreographer of the dance version – dancer Lan Nhi posted a clip with an attention-grabbing status line.

Specifically, in the clip shared by dancer Lan Nhi, she and other dancers in the Dance Company performed the dance moves of the song. My Eyes Are Sorrowful in the studio. Notably on the status line, dancer Lan Nhi said: “First build before editing requested by the director”.

This makes some people think that she is implying that the choreography in the dance MV is similar to AliEN’s MV due to the director’s request and the previously edited dance version has nothing to do with it.

However, if you compare the clip revealed by Lan Nhi and the official dance MV by Dong Nhi, these two versions are 95% identical. In the practice clip, Lan Nhi’s choreography, when changed in the official version, was only a very small movement and was not included in the choreography accused of copying AliEN’s MV.

Therefore, the female dancer’s sharing did not imply that the director was the one who requested to change the choreography, leading to the suspicion of plagiarism of the Kpop MV.

Previously, in the viral clip, many of Dong Nhi’s choreography were shown to be 90% similar to the choreography of a K-pop group. From shaking hands, turning or wavy all coincide inexplicably. Up to now, dancer Lan Nhi, who is the main choreographer of this MV, has not commented on the suspicion of plagiarism of ALiEN’s MV.
