New York subway shooting suspect charged with terrorism

The indictment expands the charges against subject Frank James. The defendant faces charges of shooting and wounding 10 people on the N train bound for Manhattan on April 12, with no fatalities.

James is currently charged with carrying out a terrorist attack on a public transportation system and shootings when committing a violent crime.
