Currently, the female singer has moved away from the limelight to focus on her business and take care of her 17-month-old daughter. Crystal’s journey to motherhood experienced many tears. Before having children, she repeatedly suffered miscarriages.

Previously, Crystal was always ready for the life of a single mother. So, she ordered sperm abroad in the hope of becoming a mother soon.

However, Crystal’s male hormone is 34 times higher than that of normal women. This made her body unable to hold the fetus. When the fetus grows, reaches a certain size, weight is broken again.

Just like that, Crystal experienced the pain of miscarriage 13 times in a row. She suffered so many miscarriages that she despaired and thought “God has given up on giving birth to my child”.

Crystal shared: “You keep coming and going, making me think that God must have cut off my reproductive tract. Because I have tried many methods, both natural and scientific, to have children, but they have not been successful.

After the miscarriages, Crystal had almost no idea about pregnancy and childbirth. However, the surprise came. She accidentally discovered she was pregnant naturally with her foreign husband after successfully treating her gastric reflux.

Knowing that she is about to become a father, Pha Le’s husband is happy and wants to announce the good news to his mother. However, the female singer was worried. After many times the baby came and went, she did not dare to believe that this fetus would grow up and develop normally.

She advised her husband not to inform family wait but wait 3 months for the fetus to stabilize and be healthier. Unlike previous pregnancies, this time, the female singer still works and lives normally.

She said: “In previous pregnancies, I was very shy. I lay down for 2 months, did not dare to walk, exercise vigorously, but my son still left. So this time, I think it’s like the previous times, so I can still live normally.”

“However, throughout my pregnancy, I was never at peace. I’ve always been scared, the bigger my belly, the more I’m afraid. This is the first time I’ve been attached to pregnancy for so long. If something bad happens, I will definitely be more shocked than before,” she added.

Depression, broken marriage

Seeing her baby grow step by step through prenatal visits for the first time, Pha Le was extremely happy. During her pregnancy, she talked with her children a lot.

Every day, she whispered to the baby in her belly that “if you like me to be your mother, then you will stay. If not, you just go and see that your mother and daughter have not had a predestined relationship.” Fortunately, her pregnancy is very stable, the baby develops normally.

Meanwhile, Crystal struggled with morning sickness. She vomited continuously, almost could not eat, leading to weight loss. Fortunately, in the first months of pregnancy, she could still sleep, so she was still healthy.

Singer Crystal confided: “My husband is a foreigner, so he is young, so he is very carefree. At that time, we had not registered our marriage, so we still lived separately. During the 9 months and 10 days of being pregnant, I was alone.”

“However, my husband is also the child of a single mother, so he is very responsible and understanding. When I needed something, he was always there and followed.”

Unlike herself, the birth process of singer Pha Le was quite favorable. Even when she was “out of labor”, she did not cry. Instead, it was her husband who lost a lot of strength because he cried so much when he saw his wife in pain because of childbirth.

But just after giving birth, the singer’s family had to receive great sadness. Pha Le’s mother-in-law had terminal cancer, so he had to return home to take care of him. Pha Le had to stay in Vietnam to raise her child alone.

That was the time when the female singer faced many difficulties, even psychological crisis. She suffered from pain due to clogged milk. Without her husband by her side, under a lot of pressure, Crystal was severely depressed.

She shared: “The pain of clogged milk is more painful than any other pain in the world. I can’t move, I can’t hold my baby. I had to express milk continuously and could only sleep sitting up. Too stressed, I get depressed, irritable, even thinking about bad things.”

“Once, even though it was very painful, I still tried to hold my baby in my arms. At that time, I don’t understand why the baby cried. I was so angry that I shouted. After shouting, I saw the child purple, closing my eyes. I was scared because I thought he passed out. This makes me regret until now,” she added.

At 7 months old, Pha Le’s husband returned to Vietnam. However, now the two decided to go their separate ways. Crystal and her Korean husband registered their marriage in 2020 but have not held a wedding yet. At the end of March 2022, the female singer announced that both of them had gone their separate ways.

However, the singer still insists that she still loves her husband and vice versa. Perhaps the cause of the break came from the time when Crystal’s husband returned to the country to take care of his mother.

She shared: “I think, when raising children is the most difficult and painful, but without a husband by my side, it became like that. When he returned to Korea, I had feelings of anger, many other things, but I had no right to be angry and let it out.”

“When a man makes a habit of being alone, I don’t need him anymore. Now, the two of them are like two best friends raising a baby together. We haven’t been together for almost a year and no one knows.”

Although divorced, Pha Le and her husband still maintain a good relationship and raise their daughter together. At the end of the program, the female singer especially thanked her husband and late mother-in-law. She gave a lot of love to her grandson before closing her eyes.

Pha Le also especially thanked her daughter for choosing her as a mother. The singer promised to try to be “the best mother I can be” for her daughter.
