The multi-purpose performance house in Da Nang city is planned on an area of ​​​​47,000m2 (construction area of ​​​​6,000m2 in Hoa Cuong Bac ward, Hai Chau district). The project was invested up to 90 billion VND and was put into use in 2009. The building has many items such as a grandstand with a capacity of 4,000 seats, a multi-purpose performance stage.

In 2014, considering that the multi-purpose performance house was not working effectively, the People’s Committee of Da Nang City agreed to sell this work to Asia Park Co., Ltd. for 50 billion VND, to be paid within 10 years.

The multi-purpose performance house is located in the center of Da Nang city, invested 90 billion dong and put into operation since 2009 but its operation is not effective.

In June 2016, Da Nang issued a decision approving the value of the multi-purpose performance house for transfer to the business.

However, the State Audit found that the sale of this show house in Da Nang without auction was against the law.
