“The prices of fertilizers, pesticides, animal feed, and agricultural inputs have continued to increase in recent years, leaving many farmers in difficult situations. “Farmers in the Central Highlands, Mekong River Delta, and Red River Delta have self-circulated agricultural wastes to partially replace food as well as biological products in the field of fertilizers and drugs.
