Elevator suddenly fell freely, the whole family escaped unbelievably dead

The incident happened on May 11, in Maoming City, Guangdong Province, China.

In the clip, a family of 4 including a small child is taking the elevator from the 17th floor of the building. Right after that, the elevator suddenly shook violently, plummeting to the 10th floor, making everyone present in the elevator panic.

Fortunately, the elevator then stopped and the control panel was still working so they were able to get out immediately.

Talking to the local press, an employee of the apartment building said: “It is not normal for the elevator to suddenly fall like this. Currently, the authorities are investigating the cause of the incident.”
