At the end of February 2022, the People’s Procuracy of Duc Hoa district made a decision to transfer the case related to “Bong Lai Pure Land” to the Investigation Security Agency of Long An Province Police for investigation according to its competence.

Regarding the process of solving the case, the Long An Provincial Police has announced the extension of the second detention period for the three defendants Le Thanh Hoan Nguyen, Le Thanh Nhat Nguyen and Le Thanh Trung Duong until June 3.
